- Assist the manager and store associates to achieve sales objectives and to maintain the facility. Develop general store management and operational skills.
Duties :
Operations Management
Demonstrate a "customer first" mentalityAssist Manager in leading store activities to achieve objectives of the Store's business planAssist in merchandising to approved plan-o-gramsEnsure shelf price labeling and full store objectives are metAchieve inventory turn objectives; implement product changeoversMaintain system inventory data integrityAid in teaching and executing selling programsPrepare store for daily opening and closing; stock inventory; perform general housekeeping dutiesSales and Customer Service
Assist in achieving commercial sales initiatives; practice add-on selling and up sellingOperate computer to complete sales transactionsInstalling batteries; perform tests, and tech workLoad, drive, and make deliveriesSupervisory Functions
Assist with selection and training of store associatesPerform supervisory duties of store manager in the absence of store managerDelegate tasks, validate completion and ensure policies and procedures are being followedFunction as a leader and team player doing whatever is necessary to help attain company goalsPositively contribute to growth and development of team through training communication, recognition and supportQualifications :
