Permanent Opportunity – Change Lead | Digital Transformation
We're working with a global management consultancy to appoint a Change Lead for a major Oracle ERP transformation program based in Chicago
Location : Chicago, IL (Oracle ERP Program)
Start : ASAP

What you'll be doing :
- Leading stakeholder readiness, change planning, and training delivery for a multi-phase Oracle ERP rollout
- Designing and executing communications, training, and adoption strategies
- Partnering with business process owners and transformation leads to track engagement and embed new ways of working
- Supporting UAT, go-live readiness, and post-launch reinforcement activities
