Essential Function
Responsible for providing customer service and technical support to OneNet's subscribers. Assists with upgrades, changes to existing services, and new subscriber service establishment.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a high school diploma and two (2) years of experience in troubleshooting basic networking and advanced personal computer issues, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Knowledge of internet service providers, service provider networks, and / or enterprise computer networks is required. A strong understanding of the TCP / IP network stack and related protocols / technologies is essential. Must be capable of troubleshooting and resolving network and application issues effectively. Strong communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and network subscribers. Self-motivation, follow-through on tasks, and a demonstrated willingness to learn and grow with evolving technologies relevant to advancing OneNet and its subscribers are expected. Must provide a cellular telephone, cellular service, and home Internet service for work-related activities. Some travel is required.

The employee performs work under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer.
Work Hours
Agency offices are open to the public from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Friday. These are the normal office hours for Agency employees.
Physical Demands
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time. Exhibit manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate a computer, keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Ability to see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids. Ability to hear and understand speech at normal levels, with or without aids. Ability to communicate clearly. Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds (on occasion up to 50 pounds), to bend, crawl, stoop, climb stairs or ladders, walk and reach. Must use the proper manual handling equipment including but not limited to dollies, carts and lift team members. Duties are normally performed in an office environment with a moderate noise level.
