Pay : $18+ / Hour

Schedule : Hybrid (2 days in office) 7 hour / day flexible between 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm (35 hours / week)

Job Description For Ap Coordinator :

• Review invoices for accuracy
• Enter vouchers / invoices, general journal entries into accounting system
• Process vendor payments
• Reconcile credit card statements
• Process 1099's
• Other duties as assigned
