Compensation

Mentella uses a W-2 split-based model , where clinicians receive a consistent percentage of collected revenue.

Our splits are algorithmically benchmarked to each state’s insurance environment , ensuring fair, top-tier competitiveness and long-term financial stability.

Apply to receive your state’s individualized split analysis , automatically aligned with current payer data and market conditions.

Early applicants receive priority access to our highest compensation tiers as state-specific reimbursement data becomes available.
