Job descriptionGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree). Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply. CPR-BCLS certification. Labor & Delivery : ACLS and NRP (to be obtained within 6 months of hire). NICU : NRP (to be obtained within 6 months of hire). Pediatrics : PALS or ENPC (to be obtained within 18 months of hire). Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Paid Time Off (PTO). 401(k) Retirement Plan.

MLR Healthcare is partnering with a respected healthcare system to recruit a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor & Delivery / Recovery unit. This full-time position offers varied shifts, with the schedule to be discussed during the interview. Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver direct, individualized nursing care to women and children using the scientific nursing process.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes.
- Adhere to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and actively participate in committees, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
