Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Lead

Job Summary

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management module to address business requirements. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to translate functional requirements into effective solutions. Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality, accuracy, and compliance. Oversee all stages of implementation, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operation. Document system configurations, workflows, and create user guides for stakeholders. Train end-users and stakeholders on system features, functionality, and best practices. Ensure solutions comply with relevant labor laws, union agreements (if applicable), and internal policies. Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
