Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end order management process ensuring accuracy and compliance
Review and process complex customer orders while maintaining data integrity across systems
Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations
Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP)
Experience in process improvement and workflow design
Familiarity with SaaS, subscription billing, or high-growth tech environments is preferred
