Fitness Studio Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and fun individual to lead our studio and support staff to collectively drive sales and studio growth.

Responsibilities

Sales Growth :

Focus on increasing revenue and memberships

Training and Hiring Staff :

Empowering staff with sales training, feedback and check-ins

Marketing and outreach :

Collaborating with local businesses to create partnerships for studio awareness

Operations :

Oversee the daily operations and upkeep of the studio

Qualifications

Ability to work 32 hours per week including weekends; holiday availability if needed

Fitness & wellness minded who enjoys workout

Efficient at multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment

Dependable, flexible and an energetic natural leader with attention to detail

Ability to train and lead other staff members

Proficient with Gmail & Google Sheets / Excel

Mindbody Software experience a plus
