UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Strategic Development Manager who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market space.
If you are a highly successful HRMS / Payroll salesperson and have followed the growing success of our company, then you know that we rarely have an opening in our sales ranks. Why? Candidates typically have 3-5 years of proven success selling HRMS / Payroll solutions. Ideally, candidates will live in or near their territory and are familiar with the local business climate, however, we encourage you to apply.

Pay Transparency :
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
