Compensation and Benefits Details FM - $300,000 + bonus based on RVU production

IM / Pediatric-$315,000 + bonus based on RVU production

$40,000 sign-on bonus

$30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)

Quality bonus potential, 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)

5 days + $6,000 CME annually
