Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented leader who can motivate and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement quality control measures for food and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and control costs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Maintain inventory and manage supply chain operations to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and drive customer engagement.
