- We’re expanding our team of clinical professionals and are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to provide therapy, diagnostic assessments, and psychological testing for diverse populations.
- Position Overview The Psychologist will deliver therapeutic services, conduct clinical evaluations, and—if qualified—administer and interpret psychological testing for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning.
- You’ll work closely with other licensed clinicians, case managers, and psychiatric providers in a collaborative, client-centered setting.
- This position offers flexibility in schedule , the autonomy of private practice , and the support of a trusted, mission-driven organization . ⚙️ Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy across the lifespan.
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and psychological assessments.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Administer and interpret psychological testing (as needed), including cognitive, personality, and diagnostic assessments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and clinical team members on diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within EHR platform.
- Participate in peer consultation, staff development, and QA processes. ✅ Minimum Requirements Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Active psychologist license in the state of Texas (unrestricted).
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
- Proficient in psychological testing (if applicable to your background).
- Familiarity with outpatient mental health models and EHR systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience with trauma-related disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and co-occurring conditions.
- Training or certification in specialized modalities (e.g., EMDR, ACT, Gottman, TF-CBT).
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience in testing and evaluations for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or learning disabilities.
