Senior Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage key strategic initiatives from concept to execution to minimize lost revenue

Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze financial and operational drivers related to fraud and disputes

Monitor and report on suspicious user activities to identify trends and improve fraud processes

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in fraud, payments, strategy, operations, or a related field

Proven project management skills with a focus on operational excellence

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Experience with data modeling; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
