Primary functions & responsibilities

The Talent Development Associate will have a unique opportunity to be responsible for a core project as well as staffed across projects to allow project ownership as well as broader exposure to both projects and teams across the organization.

Core project responsibilities would include :

• Firmwide performance management and promotion processes - including systems administration, communications, training, reporting and analytics.
• Online learning programming - including responsibility for Ares' Learning Management System, external libraries of self-directed resources, annual anti-harassment training, and additional internal training.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.

$100,000-$120,000
