Position Summary :

Gaven Industries has an exciting opportunity for 2 Welding Quality Technicians to perform welding quality inspections, testing and verification of plans and materials before, during and after the manufacturing and / or construction process to ensure compliance with company and customer standards. The technicians will primarily work the second shift generally from 2 : 30 - 11 p.m. with potential for overtime.

These positions are located at the project site in Vancouver, Washington, and will involve travel to Gaven HQ for training prior to working at that site the week of December 1, 2025.

Job Responsibilities :

• Performs welding inspections as per project plan at different stages of construction to ensure compliance with company and customer standards
• Identifies, communicates, and assists in the resolution of quality related issues
• May make recommendations for quality process improvements
• Additional duties as assigned.
