About the Role : The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.
This position involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide variety of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.

Journeyman HVAC Tech Key Responsibilities :
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical componentsPerform routine maintenance and tune-ups on heating and cooling systemsInstall new HVAC equipment, ductwork, and thermostats in residential homesEnsure all installations and repairs comply with local codes and manufacturer specificationsEducate homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiencyComplete service tickets and documentation accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicleCommunicate effectively with homeowners and internal staffParticipate in on-call rotation for emergency service callJourneyman HVAC Tech Qualifications :
Valid Journeyman HVAC license (State of CO)3+ years of residential HVAC experienceEPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematicsExcellent customer service and communication skillsValid driver’s license with clean driving recordJourneyman HVAC Tech Interpersonal Qualifications :
