Were looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager to join the Unified Access organization. As a Product Manager in Unified Access, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers solve their biggest challenges with identity and access management at their company. You will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of features related to shadow IT discovery, credential management, and more. You thrive in an environment requiring deep technical understanding of the foundational layers of products so that you can help deliver a delightful and engaging experience for our users. Were looking for entrepreneurial problem solvers who come to the table not only by identifying problems but recommendations and solutions, not waiting for direction. Extra points if you have a customer-facing background in software development, software design, or user research that brought you into Product.

Product Managers play a highly visible role in the company and are critical to the development and execution of our product strategy. As PMs, we are responsible for setting and championing the high bar for our products. You must excel at prioritization, collaboration and communication, while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results. You will be responsible for defining and completing 1Passwords product portfolio strategy focusing on all aspects of platform stability, quality, performance, and distribution. You need to be able to take a holistic view of a customers' needs that cross buyers, users, and administrators. You will be working with Engineering, Design, Marketing and GTM teams to ensure quality, security and usability of the service.

This is a remote opportunity within the US and Canada.

What we expect you to bring :

2+ years of experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success with at least 2 years of SaaS experience.

Track record of not only shipping and improving software, but driving business impact through the feature / product you owned.

Radical ownership of the problem space. You identify problems and you make them go away.

Experience working on products with multiple form factors (ie. web, desktop, mobile, and / or watch) with a holistic UX.

A bias for action that wont wait to create change.

Represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team.

Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems and remove roadblocks.

Excellent presentation skills and experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly the sales, support and customer success teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks and use data - both qualitative and quantitative - to drive decision-making.

A good understanding of security, technology and infrastructure trends that drives and influences customers to need to integrate solutions.

Background and experience in the fields of user privacy, security, identity and access management are a plus.

Proficiency with AI tools to increase productivity, particularly Product-related work, is an asset.

USA-based roles only : The annual base salary for this role is between $121,000 USD and $163,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only : The annual base salary for this role is between $115,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Passwords generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
