Prior Interactive Courseware (ICW) and Instructor Led Training (ILT) development USN Master Training Specialist (MTS) or Instructor Experience analyzing existing training documentation in support of large training programs. Experience with USN training product standards and Instructional Systems Design process Courseware development experience with Adobe Captivate or similar tool Courseware development experience with AIM II or CPM / LOM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design / develop script storyboards
- Develop courseware and supporting documents
- Select instructional media, materials, and equipment to meet learning objectives
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
- Travel to Navy schoolhouses as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education : High School Degree or equivalent.

Computer Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
