This position will support Prescott's, Inc.
In this role, you will be integral to our inventory management and parts sourcing processes. You will oversee the organization and tracking of medical device parts, ensuring that all components are readily available for assembly and refurbishment operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in maintaining our inventory systems, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
This position will be worked on-site at our facility located in Monument, CO.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory of medical device parts and supplies
- Oversee the effective management of inventory by conducting testing, determining disposition, and maintaining appropriate levels of finished goods stock
- Enhance inventory management, assist with production needs, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure precise and prompt stock replenishment
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Organize and label parts for easy identification and access
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory transactions accurately
- Collaborate with assembly and refurbishment teams to ensure parts availability for production schedules
- Implement and maintain best practices for parts storage and organization
- Support quality assurance efforts by inspecting incoming parts for conformity to specifications
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in inventory management or in technical / mechanical roles, ideally within a medical device or manufacturing settingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with medical device components is a plusAbility to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds occasionally, and / or up to 10 pounds frequentlyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn about new technologies and inventory systemsAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entryPay Rate : $23.00 per hour
