Location : US : WI : WEST BEND at our CP-PLEASANT VALLEY HEALTH CNTR facility. This job is ON-SITE. FTE : 1.000000 Standard Hours : 40.00 Shift : Shift 1 Shift Details : Oversight of OB at Town Hall Health Center, Pleasant Valley Health Center, and Mequon.

Job Summary : This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations across three sites, with a primary focus on OB / GYN services. The ideal candidate will preferably have an RN background and demonstrate strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient patient flow, maintaining high standards of care, and driving cost-effective operations. The manager will provide day-to-day guidance to clinic staff, support strategic initiatives, and foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Additional duties may be assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

Experience Description : A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a clinical setting where leadership, competence and expertise in ambulatory care has been demonstrated, OR 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required. Education Description : Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Business, or related field is required; in lieu of a Bachelors Degree a minimum of 7 years of Healthcare Administration experience is required. Bachelors degree is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, team building and decision making capabilities to ensure effective and efficient operation of the clinic. Has the ability to set priorities, identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
