What will I be doing?
- Design and build backend services and APIs using .NET (C#) that power real-time operations, data management and reporting.
- Write efficient LINQ queries and use Entity Framework thoughtfully to keep the platform fast under heavy load.
- Leverage Redis strategically to reduce database load
- Maintain and modernize backend systems, balancing shipping new features with refactoring older code, reducing technical debt, and keeping the platform performant and stable.
- Drive quality through code reviews, share feedback, and help elevate engineering standards across the team
- Be autonomous and adaptable, thriving in a changing development process, adjust to evolving priorities, and find creative ways to deliver value quickly.
- Communicate openly, share progress, surface blockers early, and work transparently in a remote-first environment.
