Overview
- We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to provide client-facing support and internal team assistance. This hybrid role involves client communication, data reporting, and supporting print, logo, and material requests.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via email and occasional phone callsAct as backup for Relationship Administrators supporting client needsCoordinate with internal teams for material quantitiesSubmit Host / Post, DDS, and other print-related requestsRun AI Tool and upload material matrix to ICSOLAssist with APD / CPD updates and print logo requestsGenerate and analyze reports using ExcelHandle ad hoc projects and department support as assignedQualifications
1–2 years of client services experience preferredBachelor’s degree preferred (not required)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)Skilled in Microsoft Outlook and professional client communicationsStrong attention to detail with ability to multitaskAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismAbout US Tech Solutions :
