Job descriptionBoard Certified Board Eligible MA State License is required or in process DEA Hourly Pay rate : $200 for W2 and $220 for 1099 per hour 24hr call rate : $1, 600 for W2 and $1,800 for 1099 Callback rate : $290 for W2 and $330 for 1099 Client reimburses for all travel expenses : Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage at IRS Standard Rate Licensure reimbursement Certification reimbursement Full benefits Health, Dental, Vision and 401K for W2 employees only Referral bonuses of $3,000
Our client in Massachusetts is in need of a Locum Radiation Oncology Physician
Job details :
- Start Date : ASAP
- Shift : Clinic Hours : Mon Fri, 7 : 30am 4 : 00pm
- Call Ratio : every other week
- Weekend requirement : 48-hour weekend call every other weekend (ie 8 : 00 am Sat to 8 : 00 am Mon)
- Number of Physicians in Practice : 2
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Outpatient (Clinic / Office) : 25
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Inpatient (Call / Rounding) : variable 1 per week
- Patient Population for Required Coverage : Adult, Office / Clinic, Hospital Based
- EMR : meditech / mosaiq
- Setting : Inpatient & Outpatient
