Software Quality Assurance Analyst

A company is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst III to enhance their software QA team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing functional testing for web-based applications and document production software

Create detailed test plans and test cases, and manage defect reporting and analysis

Provide 2nd tier customer support as needed and suggest improvements for testing processes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Proven skills in test planning, test case creation, and documentation

Familiarity with the Waterfall concept

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Experience with confidential and regulated data (PHI, PII, PCI, etc.) is preferred
