Summary

Visual Intelligence is a new feature, launched on the iPhone 16 with Apple Intelligence, that enables users to learn about the objects and places around them. Description

We are looking for a software engineer to work on building the next generation of features for Visual Intelligence, including user interfaces, APIs, and core software components. Our work is primarily in Swift / SwiftUI, so prior experience is highly preferred. If you are an outstanding software engineer with no Swift experience, we’d still love to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications 3-5 years of professional experience writing software

At least part of those years writing software for either macOS and iOS using Swift / SwiftUI

Experience using Xcode and Apple’s developer APIs

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment

Education & Experience Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,400 and $250,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
