BATCH PLANT OPERATOR - Ready Mix

Overview

This is a seasonal position. You can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year-round.

This position is responsible to safely operate concrete plant to batch materials used in construction. Moves controls on panel board or control board to heat, dry and mix ingredients; to weigh and mix aggregate, cement and water to produce concrete. Ensure conformance to quality specifications.

May operate straight truck or loader as needed. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor a concrete plant to batch materials used in construction.
• Control the panel board to heat, dry and mix ingredients; weigh and mix aggregate, cement and water to produce concrete according to specifications.
• Operate straight truck or loader as needed.
• Display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
