A company is looking for a Senior Assistant, Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable responses to client inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed
Resolve client issues, update account history, and ensure inquiries are confirmed as resolved
Collaborate with team members to address client inquiries and recommend improvements to procedures
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
Proficiency with help desk tools and Microsoft Office applications
Payment processing experience is strongly preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
