12 / 31 / 2025, possibility of extension

COMPENSATION :

$110,000 to $120,000 USD per annum

Position Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Generative AI technologies, applications, and projects. This role is crucial in preparing our team members to effectively work with GenAI projects ensuring they understand both technical aspects and practical applications as it relates to data based projects and outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of GenAI with exceptional teaching abilities and curriculum development skills. This position plays a vital role in building and maintaining our organization's GenAI capabilities through effective training and development programs. This role will liaise closely with the quality team to ensure project related materials are clear, concise, and able to be digested by contributors to maximize quality outcomes. Additionally, there is opportunity to provide practical upskill of internal project teams to align them and prepare them for various GenAI project types to help them become SMEs and strengthen delivery operations as we advance towards leadership in the GenAI ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities :

Training Development and Delivery

Design and develop comprehensive GenAI training curricula for various skill levels

Create engaging learning materials including presentations, workshops, and hands-on exercises

Conduct training sessions on GenAI technologies, tools, and best practices

Develop and maintain training documentation and resources

Implement evaluation methods to assess learning effectiveness

Program Management

Partner with cross functional teams to identify training needs and knowledge gaps

Track and report on training metrics and program effectiveness

Manage training schedules and coordinate with different departments

Develop and maintain training calendars and participant tracking systems

Content Development

Create user-friendly documentation for GenAI tools and projects

Develop quick reference guides and upskilling materials

Design and implement e-learning modules

Keep training materials updated with latest GenAI developments

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with technical teams to understand GenAI capabilities and requirements

Partner with operations and customer experience teams to align training with business needs

Provide feedback to management on training effectiveness and areas for improvement

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or related field; or relevant work experience

2 years of experience working with LLM operations is a must

Minimum of 3 years experience in technical training or adult education

Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and project data types (SFT, RLHF, Red Teaming, AI Safety)

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in learning management systems and educational technology

Experience in curriculum development and instructional design

Strong technical acumen and ability to explain complex concepts

Advanced understanding of Google Workspace tools

Demonstrated experience in developing training metrics and reporting

Preferred Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

Knowledge of AI / ML concepts and technologies

Understanding of LLM principles and applications

Experience with GenAI tools and platforms

Experience with GenAI related project data and quality management

Educational Skills :

Adult learning theory certification or knowledge

Experience in motivational theory and practice

Background in educational program development

Experience with virtual and hybrid learning environments

Professional Capabilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management abilities

Adaptability to rapid technological changes

Creative approach to learning solutions

Experience in mentorship programs

Additional Qualifications

Teaching or training certifications or related experience

Experience in technical documentation and project related upskilling materials

Multiple language capabilities a plus
