Job description
A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst specializing in Sales & Contact Center Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales data and contact center metrics to drive performance improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable insights from data analysis
Utilize tools such as Power BI and SQL for data visualization and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
7-12 years of experience in healthcare analytics, specifically in sales and contact center environments
Technical knowledge of Power BI and SQL
Graduated in 2010 or later
Experience as a Healthcare Consultant rather than a Business Analyst
