    • Your Role (Key Responsibilities)

    As the ACD, you are the "right hand" to the Center Director, ensuring both the classroom and the business thrive.

  • Sales & Growth : Assist in converting leads into enrollments by promptly responding to inquiries and building trust with families.
  • Educational Leadership : Lead and coach the instructional team to deliver individualized math support in a group setting.
  • Student Success : Support student assessments, create customized learning plans, and communicate progress effectively to parents.
  • Instructional Excellence : Teach and tutor using the Mathnasium Method for both in-person and online sessions.
  • Operational Management : Become proficient in digital educational tools and assist with administrative tasks to keep the center professional and organized.

    • What Were Looking For

  • Math Competency : Exceptional proficiency in math (at least through Algebra I ). All candidates must pass a math literacy test.
  • The "Closer" Mindset : Ability to balance educational needs with the sales goals of the center.
  • Strong Communicator : Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with families and staff.
  • Organized Leader : Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to cultivate a positive team environment.
  • Requirements : Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the US, and able to pass a background check.
