Antitrust Associate Attorney| $225k–$390k| Dallas, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Palo Alto, San Francisco (Hybrid)

A leading national law firm is seeking an associate to join its Antitrust practice in Washington, DC. This group provides antitrust counseling, litigation, and representation before federal antitrust agencies, with matters spanning numerous industries. Associates in the practice are entrusted with substantial responsibility and direct client interaction from the start. Responsibilities :

Support M&A transactions, including merger reviews and second requests.

Represent third parties before the Antitrust Division of the DOJ and the FTC.

Assist with complex antitrust litigation and investigations.

Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, and prepare advocacy materials.

Qualifications :

JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Admitted or eligible for admission in Washington, DC, Texas or California.

1-6 years of substantive antitrust experience.

• Experience at an Am Law 200 or similarly sophisticated law firm environment preferred.

Solid understanding of federal antitrust laws.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
