Overview

This position offers the chance to combine direct patient care with clinical leadership. As Medical Director, youll provide hands?on patient care while also mentoring clinicians, ensuring quality outcomes, and partnering with the leadership team to support clinic operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example through excellent, evidence?based patient care

Supervise and mentor APCs and staff, ensuring high clinical standards

Partner with specialists and therapists to drive optimal patient outcomes

Collaborate with leadership on staffing, workflow improvements, and clinic performance metrics

Maintain strong patient, client, and payer relationships

Foster a safe, professional, and collaborative workplace culture dedicated to quality care

Qualifications

MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license

DEA and dispensing license (required or eligible before start)

Board Certified / Board Eligible (ABMS / AOA specialty preferred)

Eligible for Medicare participation

FMCSA certification preferred (training provided if not yet obtained)
