Site Reliability Engineer II

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer II- Process Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize and automate incident and change management processes to enhance system efficiency and reliability

Utilize and support tools for tracking events, incidents, and changes while maintaining the Service Catalog

Implement automation strategies to minimize the impact of changes on customers and enable compliant releases

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of engineering experience focused on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field

Working knowledge of complex cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

Experience with scripting automation (Python, Go, etc.) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.)

Experience with Incident and Change processes and tools (JIRA, OpsGenie, FireHydrant, etc.) is a plus
