Assignment Type : Travel RN Educator Unit : Family Birthplace (Labor & Delivery, Operating Room Circulation for C-Sections) Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 1 / 2025 – End : 3 / 2 / 2026) Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM, 12-hour day shifts Hours per Week : 36 Weekend / Holiday : Every other weekend and holiday rotation required Estimated Weekly Salary : $2520-$2700 Qualifications – Operating Room RN Educator Minimum 3 years of recent RN Educator experience in perinatal, labor & delivery, or operating room settings (required) Proven expertise in educating circulating nurses for C-section procedures BSN or higher nursing degree (required) Active Massachusetts RN license (required for MA nursing jobs) Current ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA (must be in hand at profile upload) NRP certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Experience with Meditech Expanse preferred Reliable vehicle required for assignment Must reside more than 50 miles from facility (travel nursing requirement) Responsibilities – RN Educator, Family Birthplace Unit Provide education and mentorship to staff on operating room circulation for C-sections in the Family Birthplace Unit Promote best practices in perinatal, labor & delivery, and surgical nursing care Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes Participate in every other weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled Complete required documentation and orientation (8 hours non-billable) Discover the vibrant community of Pittsfield, MA, nestled in the Berkshires.
