At StretchLab Norwood, we believe that movement is freedom. Our mission is to help people move better, feel better, and live better through one-on-one assisted stretching. From elite athletes to active older adults, we serve the Norwood community with customized, expert-led sessions that improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness.

What Youll Do
As a Sales Associate , you are the first impression of the StretchLab experience. You will guide prospects through the membership journey, provide education on our services, and deliver exceptional front desk support. Your role is part sales, part service, and fully centered on making each visitor feel welcomed, supported, and excited to begin their wellness journey.
Sales and Membership Growth
- Make 50 or more daily outbound calls to new leads and past prospects
- Deliver engaging studio tours and introductory stretch experiences
- Close memberships and packages by highlighting long-term benefits
- Address objections with professionalism and product knowledge
- Upsell retail products and additional services that support client goals
Client Experience and Studio Operations
Create a warm, polished, and professional guest experienceManage check-ins, bookings, follow-up calls, and front desk operationsCoordinate with Flexologists and management to ensure smooth studio flowMaintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready lobby at all timesUse CRM tools such as ClubReady to manage leads and track performanceMarketing and Community Outreach
Represent StretchLab at local events, health fairs, and community activationsSupport social media and in-studio campaigns to attract new clientsAct as a brand ambassador in the Norwood area, sharing our mission and servicesWho You Are
Experienced in sales, ideally within fitness, wellness, or service-based environments (gyms, spas, medspas, chiropractic offices, etc.)Confident in outbound calling, lead follow-up, and in-person sales conversationsNaturally people-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, goal-driven, and comfortable using CRM software and scheduling toolsPassionate about health, movement, and helping others improve their well-beingAvailable to work 20 to 25 hours per week , including at least one weekend dayWhat Youll Get
