Compensation : Base Salary $50,000 + Commission Opportunity (up to $50,000 annually)

Total Potential Earnings : Up to $100,000 / year

We're growing quickly and are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to help drive sales performance, manage leads efficiently, and ensure our customers receive the best service possible.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by growth and results. You'll play a pivotal role in managing incoming leads, rehashing past opportunities, and supporting the sales team with proactive communication and coordination.

Position Overview

The Business Development Coordinator serves as the central hub between marketing, sales, and customers - ensuring every lead is managed, followed up with, and given the best chance to convert. You'll be responsible for daily lead management, appointment scheduling, customer communication, and rehash outreach to maximize revenue opportunities.

This role offers a competitive base salary with performance-based commissions for successfully rehashed and converted appointments.

Responsibilities :

Answer calls, confirm appointments, and manage leads in AccuLynx CRM

Follow up with customers to re-engage leads and boost sales

Track KPIs, support sales reporting, and promote current offers

Communicate through Hatch and ensure quick responses to all inquiries

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative coordination (construction or home improvement industry experience preferred).

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (experience with AccuLynx, Hatch, or similar platforms a plus).

Friendly and professional phone demeanor; comfortable with high call volume.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously.
