Job Description

Position : SDET / Automation Engineer

Location : Madison, WI or Bellevue, WA

Duration : 6 Months (potentially extendable)

Basic Function :

  • Develop automated acceptance tests focusing on user clinical workflow processes through analysis, design, and implementation to support SaaS / Web application development.
  • Work within the Pharmacy OneSource Agile methodology.
  • Develop testing solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for maintainable and extensible test frameworks.
  • Implement solutions following User Acceptance Test Driven Development principles.
  • Investigate and report issues within applications.
  • Estimate development work at EPIC and story levels.
  • Analyze requirements of moderately complex development tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Education : Technical Associate's Degree or 1-3 years of development experience or equivalent.

    Required Skills :

  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming Principles.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, tools, technologies, and version control.
  • Ability to develop with C# and perform automation testing.
  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
  • Occasional travel may be required, probably no more than once or twice a year.

    This role is for a developer proficient in C# who can also perform automation testing; it is not a pure automation tester role.
