Express Employment Professionals in Albertville are looking for Mechanical builders to assemble trailers. Join our fast-growing company located in Litchfield, where we take pride in fostering a positive work culture. We are seeking dedicated candidates who have hands-on experience and are eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Hours are M-F 6am - 3 : 30 and when busy could work until 4 : 30pm. Pay depends on your experience $19 - $26 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

Assemble mechanical components and products using various tools, including glue guns, miter saws, and impact drills.
Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects and meet production goals.
Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Understand how to use a tape measure / ruler

Experience with mechanical assembly tools and techniques.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials as needed at least 50lbs.

Walk, stand, bend, squat, sit, twist / turn, climb ladders, reach overhead and grasp tools as necessary.
