Group Facilitator - Mental Health Facility

Description : United Recovery Project is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled group facilitator who can provide engaging group therapy and timely documentation on the KIPU platform. Our ideal group facilitator candidate should possess a profound understanding of mental health disorders and possess the necessary expertise and empathy to excel in this environment. At United Recovery Project, we foster a close-knit, family-like atmosphere. firmly believing that a cohesive team significantly enhances the quality of patient care we provide.Core Responsibilities of the Group FacilitatorDemonstrates knowledge of mental health studies and utilizes knowledge and skills to access and meet the clients treatment needs and requirements.Documents as required in EMR system within 24 hours of providing groups.Performs in a professional manner and role models a positive image of mental health.Reports abuse of clients rights immediately.Maintains guidelines of HIPPA and client confidentiality.Reporting Suicidality / Homicide of a patient based to their job position.Reporting and responding to issues of Trauma of a patient based on their job position.Pay Range $75 to $100 hourly commensurate with experience.Learn more about our ProgramsURP Behavioral HealthUnited Recovery ProjectGenesis HouseRequirements : Qualifications of the Group FacilitatorMasters Degree requiredValid license as a mental health professional, including LMHC, LCSW and LMFT preferred.Minimum of two years experience working in primary Mental Health / Psych domain strongly preferred.Possess passion and compassion for patient care.Proficiency in KIPU preferred.Exemplary documentation skills required.CPR and First Aid certificationApplicants are required to successfully clear a Level 2 Background check. #PM23Compensation details : 75-100 Hourly WagePI12c8448e1a0a-29952-32951746 #True
