Job Description : We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our team across North Carolina. This unique opportunity involves providing comprehensive case management and social work services to inmates, with a focus on individualized care plans. The position offers a low patient volume and a full support staff to assist with daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities : Provide case management and social work services to inmates, including assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care. Manage inmate case files and ensure accurate documentation of social work records. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions. Address acute and chronic social and behavioral issues. Educate inmates on coping strategies and resources for post-release support. Ensure compliance with all relevant social work and legal standards. Qualifications : Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Valid LCSW license to practice in North Carolina. Experience in clinical social work, preferably in a correctional setting. Strong clinical skills and experience in case management and counseling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
