Job descriptionOversee accounting for 15 to 20 properties per month in full Update monthly property workbooks that codifies month-end process Process invoices, vendor communication, resolve discrepancies, in a timely manner Upload information for budget template and support Account Executives in the annual budget process Timely completion of bank reconciliations and on-going cash position of properties Analyze monthly financial package and support budget-to-actual variance analysis Monthly client financial package completion Complete year end audit packages Experience with retail properties is desired Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related experience Experience in Yardi is preferred; experience in MRI is a huge plus
