What You'll Do :

• Oversee daily operations of the group home
• Support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with scheduling, training, and coaching
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive home environment
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid and state regulations
• Work closely with guardians, care coordinators, and the Crossroads team to support residents' independence and quality of life
