Must-Have :

• Completion of prescreen form.
• Resume and references (3) must be attached.
• Criminal background checks required (county, federal, and multi-state for 7 years).
• Nationwide sex offender search for 7 years.
• HHS / OIG and GSA searches.
• Social Security number trace.
• 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon test or proof of positive PPD and chest X-Ray required.
