Our client, a respected NLJ500 and Mid-Market Pro 50 law firm, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney with 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience who is eager to grow within a collaborative legal environment. You will support senior attorneys and actively contribute to case development, litigation strategy, and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and management of personal injury litigation cases
  • Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
  • Support in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Research legal issues and develop case strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective case resolution
  • Maintain case calendars and track deadlines

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury plaintiff litigation
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
  • Experience drafting litigation documents and conducting legal research
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
