Senior Physical Therapist - Home Care & Inpatient | Up to $15K Sign-on Bonus

We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in both home care and inpatient settings. Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist, you'll develop and implement individualized treatment programs while collaborating with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality applications
- Provide expert instruction in mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and use of assistive devices
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Mentor support staff and contribute to department quality initiatives
