Job Description

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 Depending on Experience

Experience: 1+ Years

Overview: The Planning Analyst supports supply chain and production planning to ensure efficient material flow, cost control, and on-time delivery through close collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues, negotiate pricing, and build strong supplier relationships
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Production, and other departments to support on-time delivery and resolve planning-related challenges
Monitor and control inventory levels for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
Perform cost, demand, and inventory analysis to support planning decisions
Support production schedules and material flow to meet operational goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
1+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related functions (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google Suite
Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures
Knowledge of product release cycles and product life cycle management
