Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel.
  • Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program.
  • Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned.
  • Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement operational policy changes.
  • Stay updated on project details and changes.
  • Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role.
  • Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.
  • Cold calling clients.
  • Attend and host job fairs as needed.
  • Schedule meetings with participants.

Requirements (Minimum)

  • High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior labor market trend experience preferred.
  • Prior experience working with a diverse group of individuals preferred.
  • Prior network and relationship building skills preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Prior resume building experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with public speaking.
