Responsibilities
- Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel.
- Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program.
- Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively.
- Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned.
- Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement operational policy changes.
- Stay updated on project details and changes.
- Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role.
- Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.
- Cold calling clients.
- Attend and host job fairs as needed.
- Schedule meetings with participants.
Requirements (Minimum)
High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior labor market trend experience preferred.Prior experience working with a diverse group of individuals preferred.Prior network and relationship building skills preferred.Attention to detail.Prior resume building experience preferred.Comfortable with public speaking.Benefits
