We are seeking a dedicated Roofing Supervisor to work in the field, overseeing both pre-job and post-job workloads. This role balances sales and project management responsibilities, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the commercial roofing industry and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee pre-job and post-job workloads in the field.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Balance responsibilities between sales and project management.
• Focus on bidding in the winter and ensuring project smoothness in the summer.
• Develop business through utilization of plan and bid sites.
• Negotiate bids not available in the public market.

Pay and Benefits :
