Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Telemetry\nExperience : 2 years\nLicenses : RN- MA\nCertifications : ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed)\nSSN Required\nDOB Required\nReferences : 1 Reference in the last 12 months\n\nMA RN License

AHA ACLS, BLS

Tele SCL and Reference within a year

# of beds, EMR, and facility type for each facility noted in the work history
